I stay here twice a month and I can honestly say they are very consistent. My room is always clean with plenty of towels stocked up. The front desk lady is very polite and gets me checked in quickly. They are doing some remodeling which I like (other than the sight of it lol). There's nothing worse than a hotel having broke down things. It seems like it's getting harder and harder to find a good value for your money nowadays. The breakfast you get here included with your stay is as good as anything you'll get in any restaurant around you. They have eggs bacon or sausage, AND biscuits and gravy which are huge in the south. They also have a choice of pancakes or waffles and tons of cold stuff like cereal milk, coffee,juice and pastries. This alone pulls this hotel well ahead of the pack compared to its competitors around. You got to bring the A game at breakfast and these guys do it. Thanks BW+.
We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and the free breakfast was delicious. Bacon, eggs, waffles, gravy biscuits, and more! The pool and hot tub were great! I left my speaker at the pool area and it was picked up by another guest. The manager, Chris, came in on his day off to review the security cameras and contact the other guest to get it back for me. I really appreciated the wonderful customer service!
The place is really nice- everything's in great condition, and I had a good experience overall. The only downside is thet the bathroom is a bit small, but it's not a big deal. i'd definitely consider coming back.
I stay at a lot of hotels for work when I'm traveling & this was actually a great one! All of the staff members that I encountered were extremely friendly & helpful. The hotel & room was very clean. The bathroom was a little small but we don't spend a lot of time in there. The location was really good too & easy to access. I'll definitely be staying there when I'm back in that area.
I have no complaints at all. Everything was amazing. Paid a great price for the quality that I got. Customer service is great. Rooms are CLEAN, roomy, and cozy. Highly recommend this place
Absolutely amazing cant wait to stay again all the staff were super friendly. Truly enjoyed the room very clean house keeping made sure we were fully stocked and had fresh towels every day for our weekend vacation the location was perfect around shopping, bars and restaurants..
Stopped on our way home. Room was suuuuper clean. They had a pack and play for my 1 yr old twins to sleep in. And they have a decent sized breakfast selection. The bed was a little worn and sunken in, over all it was great! Beautiful lobby and courtyard
Overall i enjoyed my stay, only thing I did not enjoy as much were the bathroom, in the regular king room the bathroom door and tub were tiny compared to the rest of the room. Otherwise bed was spacious and soft, employees were nice. For a weekend the hotel was quite.
